Designing your dream home is no small task, and it's difficult to know where to start. Sometimes taking the first step is half the battle, and we're here to

The first step in building a custom home is locating a suitable lot. Some owners choose to stay in their current location and rebuild, while others prefer a new piece of property.
Whatever you have chosen, your lot should be appropriate for your needs. Is it large enough? Is there too steep of an incline?

Now that the setting is right, it's time for the centerpiece - your dream home. This involves meeting with our architect and drawing up the details. Do you want 4 bedrooms or 5? A built-in Plasma TV? A floor-to-ceiling fireplace?
Will you need a wet bar in the basement, or an in-home theatre system? How about both? The drawing board becomes your masterpiece as you and our architect work together to create a home that uniquely meets your needs and the code requirements for your area. |

With the blueprints in hand, you are counting down the months until your dream becomes a reality. The final step will be to sit down with us and agree on a contract to build.
While we are working on a contract you will visit our model homes, talk to some of our past customers, and get a taste for what life will be like living in a Welty Home.
Before the contract is signed we'll make sure you are completely comfortable, and that every question you have is answered! Once this is done, you'll be well on your way
to the home of your dreams! |
