Inspections
Our foremen watch each house throughout the day making certain that our quality standards are being met by both our employees and our subcontractors.
In addition, our company officers walk through each house at every stage in order to tie up loose ends that may have slipped through.
Punch-lists
Finally, just before the house is finished we perform a walk-thru with the homeowner. Any issue that they find is added onto a Punch-List, which is then completed in a timely manner.

As a home owner, convenience is important; our website is designed with you in mind! With a secure login you have complete control over the change order process.
Accept or decline change orders, browse every change order created for you, receive alerts to notify you of important updates, get up-to-date information on which change orders are completed and how much you owe.
We also allow you the flexibility to either pay by check through the mail, or use a secure connection to pay over the Internet.
As an added bonus, we will upload pictures of your house on a weekly basis for you to share with friends and family.
Afterwards
 Excellent follow-up is critical to customer satisfaction. Our employees devote extensive time to "come-backs" during the first year you live in the house, in an effort to ensure that you are satisfied.
Any issue that may have been overlooked, we'll be there for you.
But it doesn't stop with the our one-year warranty! You are also covered under the Quality Builders Warrenty Buyer Protection Plan for 10 years.
